Dans le cadre de la construction de nouveaux bâtiments et de l’optimisation des infrastructures existantes, vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la gestion et de la mise en œuvre de projets d’envergure.

En étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes internes et externes, vous êtes garant des délais de livraison, du respect des budgets et l’adéquation avec les exigences et les normes définies dans le cahier des charges.

Tâches et Responsabilités :

  • Définir les objectifs et les ressources nécessaires, rédiger les cahiers des charges
  • Elaborer des plans de projet détaillés, incluant les échéances, les budgets et les risques potentiels
  • Suivre les projets de la phase d’appel d’offre jusqu’à la remise au client
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques et assurer une collaboration optimale entre les intervenants impliqués dans le projet
  • Piloter les parties prenantes internes ou externes pour garantir une exécution optimale
  • Identifier et évaluer les risques, proposer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour les atténuer
  • Assurer le respect de la conformité selon les normes et réglementations en vigueur
  • Préparer des rapports d’avancement clairs et des bilans détaillés
  • Fournir un support technique lors des phases d’adjudications

Profil

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou titre équivalent (ES) dans le domaine du bâtiment
  • Certification dans la gestion de projets, un atout

Compétences requises

  • Solide expérience en gestion de projets d’infrastructure, incluant la planification, la budgétisation, la gestion des risques et des ressources
  • Expertise dans un domaine spécifique du bâtiment (génie civil, CVCSE, etc.)
  • Approche autonome, proactive et méthodique, avec une grande capacité à gérer efficacement des situations exigeantes
