Notre entreprise active dans le domaine des semi-conducteurs recherche un spécialiste en énergie expérimenté pour anticiper et relever les défis énergétiques à venir notamment en lien avec la consommation d’eau, l’électricité, la chaleur, etc.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la préparation de l\'entreprise à des pratiques énergétiques durables et efficientes dans un environnement de travail innovant et axé sur la technologie.

Analyse et optimisation énergétique

  • Évaluer la consommation énergétique actuelle et future de l\'entreprise
  • Assurer le suivi du monitoring avec les outils informatiques et les partenaires
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à améliorer l\'efficacité énergétique

 

Gestion du CVCSE

  • Participer et être force de proposition à l’optimisation des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire et électricité sur le terrain
  • Collaborer à la mise en place des pratiques de maintenance préventive pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace des équipements

 

Préparation aux défis énergétiques

  • Anticiper les tendances du secteur énergétique et proposer des solutions innovantes pour faire face aux futurs défis

 

Gestion de Projets

  • Diriger des projets liés à l\'énergie, de la planification à la mise en œuvre
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour assurer le succès des initiatives énergétiques

 

Normes et réglementations suisse :

  • Assurer la conformité aux normes et réglementations en matière d\'énergie et d\'environnement

 

Profil

  • Diplôme HES ou ES en génie énergétique, avec une solide expérience pratique dans le domaine du CVCSE en milieu industriel

ou

  • Formation en CVCSE avec une solide expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine de l’optimisation énergétique des systèmes industriels

Compétences requises

  • Minimum 5 ans d\'expérience dans des fonctions similaires dans l\'industrie
  • Expertise dans la gestion des systèmes CVCSE indispensable
  • Connaissances des normes énergétiques suisse indispensables
  • Connaissance approfondie des technologies énergétiques et des pratiques durables
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et en communication pour assurer une collaboration efficace entre les multiples parties prenantes
  • Autonome, proactif, méthodique, résilience face aux situations stressantes et orienté terrain

Maintenance Section Manager - Implant/Metal

Global Mission

Manage the Implant-Metal Maintenance group of machines, technicians and services within the IC Front-End Operations in order to deliver stable, predictable and improving performance of the machines whilst remaining within the boundaries of time, resources, and costs.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Enhance the preventive (PM), predictive and curative maintenance of the equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, Costs, MTBF, MTTR
  • Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology by identifying Key Characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team
  • Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders
  • Manage the technicians team in terms of safety, organization, staffing of the shifts, behavior, team building in a positive social climate,
  • Develop the skills in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner for each collaborator and also for the Maintenance Team
  • Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System : procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliers
  • Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC Front-End organization
  • Be proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have a continuous support and efficiency for the interventions
  • Track and Plan spare parts and service contracts costs
  • Provide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions and manage the start-up and integration in the IC Front-End Operations
  • Perform a technological watch through documentation, exhibitions in order to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance, and by the way, the performance of the Manufacturing

Profil

  • HES Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management Training and Certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in Microelectronics, with a strong focus on the Implant and Metal areas
  • At least 4 years in a managerial position

Sales & Business Development Manager DACH

Job description

Senior business development/sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE), extensive semiconductor sales, account management and new business development experience to cover the DACH region.

This role is based at our headquarters in Marin/Neuchâtel with no remote or hybrid work possibility.

Proven track record of successfully selling direct to customers, and through reps & distribution channels.

Your essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Field sales and marketing activities for all of EM’s products and customers in the DACH Region
  • KPIs: sales revenue and design wins
  • Develop sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth & revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new customers, market segments and opportunities
  • Identify, qualify and manage sales channels, reps and distributors
  • Engage with eco-system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on EM chips
  • Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with the BUs to adjust the EM positioning, strategy, as well as future product development
  • Provide support to customers from design phase through mass production
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management
  • Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
  • Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)
  • Travel as needed for customer engagement and business development

 

 

Profile

To be successful in this position you need to bring along following core competencies:

  • Experience selling connectivity and RFID solutions – BLE, Wireless, RFID, NFC, IoT and Sensor applications
  • Business development – green field opportunity identification, qualification and design in
  • Good network within the territory, with particular focus on Germany
  • Understanding of RFID industry eco-system and ability to engage with its main stakeholders for driving EM business
  • Account penetration at all levels, including engineering, business management, and purchasing
  • Identification of key stakeholders and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills, ability to articulate EM’s value proposition in a crisp and concise manner, adapted to the target audience
  • Excellent listener, good understanding of customer organizational dynamics, navigating through the customer platforms & systems to maximize sales & product fit
  • Technical sales of proprietary & complex solutions at the architecture & concept stages
  • Comfortable with C-level and Engineering level interactions
  • Understanding of eco-system sales and engagement with relevant partners
  • Autonomy and initiative, ability to operate remotely and interact effectively across the entire EM organization

Professional requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor space
  • Background with ASICs, mixed signal IC’s, BLE, Sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is a must
  • Education: Minimum BSEE or equivalent
  • Language skills: German and English are mandatory, French is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, and to work with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude & work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and networking skills

Languages

  • Fluent in English and German are mandatory 
  • French or any other language are an advantage
