Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Management & Reporting

  • Own and manage core sales data
  • Ensure consistency and quality of sales data across departments
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement

Sales Forecasting & Planning

  • Coordinate the global forecasting process with regional Sales Managers, Business Units, and Supply Chain
  • Use historical and current data to drive accurate short- and long-term sales projections
  • Support the definition of annual budgets and multi-year strategic planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration (S&OP)

  • Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply
  • Streamline cross-departmental communication and reduce duplicated efforts

Sales Tools, CRM & ERP Systems

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP/CRM tools supporting sales processes
  • Ensure smooth integration and usability of systems, working closely with IT and external consultants

Pricing & Revenue Management

  • Prepare and deploy price list updates across platforms
  • Coordinate pricing consistency across teams and regions

Sales Enablement & Team Support

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the global sales team, enabling them to focus on customer engagement
  • Assist with transactional tasks, reporting, and the management of sales documents and contracts
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives related to tools and processes

Communication & Organizational Alignment

  • Facilitate structured communication across the sales team and executive leadership
  • Ensure clarity of goals, updates, and priorities across global stakeholders
  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation follow-ups related to sales execution

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions (Asia, Europe, Americas)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic financial literacy, including familiarity with budgeting and margin analysis

Professional requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and financial principles such as margin analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Technical proficiency:
    • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (e.g., pivot tables, data models, automated dashboards)
    • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Any other language (mainly french) would be an asset

IC Front-End Yield Engineering & Process Integration Manager

Global Mission

Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, lead Technologies industrialization and New Products introduction and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, develop the team’s skills and drive its performance towards operational excellence and achievement of KPI targets
  • Lead the industrialization of technologies and the introduction of new products from qualification to mass-production; drive continuous improvement of product yield and technology performance (capability and reliability); follow-up on daily production results for those technologies; drive material assessment and disposition during non-conformance events and excursions
  • Own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests), through fab outgoing electrical monitoring and capability improvement
  • Act as a key contributor to the process change review board and material review board
  • Collaborate proactively and hand-in-hand with Operations Teams (defectivity, process, quality and maintenance), Process Development, Business Units and Technical Services teams
  • Define, own, deploy and communicate the department’s priorities in line with EM FAB strategy

Profil

  • Engineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent

Global Mission

Manage the Implant-Metal Maintenance group of machines, technicians and services within the IC Front-End Operations in order to deliver stable, predictable and improving performance of the machines whilst remaining within the boundaries of time, resources, and costs.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Enhance the preventive (PM), predictive and curative maintenance of the equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, Costs, MTBF, MTTR
  • Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology by identifying Key Characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team
  • Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders
  • Manage the technicians team in terms of safety, organization, staffing of the shifts, behavior, team building in a positive social climate,
  • Develop the skills in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner for each collaborator and also for the Maintenance Team
  • Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System : procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliers
  • Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC Front-End organization
  • Be proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have a continuous support and efficiency for the interventions
  • Track and Plan spare parts and service contracts costs
  • Provide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions and manage the start-up and integration in the IC Front-End Operations
  • Perform a technological watch through documentation, exhibitions in order to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance, and by the way, the performance of the Manufacturing

Profil

  • HES Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management Training and Certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in Microelectronics, with a strong focus on the Implant and Metal areas
  • At least 4 years in a managerial position

Senior business development/sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE), extensive semiconductor sales, account management and new business development experience to cover the DACH region.

This role is based at our headquarters in Marin/Neuchâtel with no remote or hybrid work possibility.

Proven track record of successfully selling direct to customers, and through reps & distribution channels.

Your essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Field sales and marketing activities for all of EM’s products and customers in the DACH Region
  • KPIs: sales revenue and design wins
  • Develop sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth & revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new customers, market segments and opportunities
  • Identify, qualify and manage sales channels, reps and distributors
  • Engage with eco-system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on EM chips
  • Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with the BUs to adjust the EM positioning, strategy, as well as future product development
  • Provide support to customers from design phase through mass production
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management
  • Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
  • Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)

Profile

To be successful in this position you need to bring along following core competencies:

  • Experience selling connectivity and RFID solutions – BLE, Wireless, RFID, NFC, IoT and Sensor applications

Professional requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor space
  • Background with ASICs, mixed signal IC’s, BLE, Sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is a must
  • Education: Minimum BSEE or equivalent
  • Language skills: German and English are mandatory, French is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, and to work with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude & work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented
