Mission Globale

Vous intégrez une équipe de 8 personnes responsable du bon fonctionnement des équipements à la charge du « Technical Production Support » (TPS). Cette équipe assure le bon fonctionnement des installations nécessaires à la fourniture des prestations techniques destinées aux locataires du campus d’EM Marin.

Ces prestations comprennent notamment la livraison d’eau ultrapure et de produits chimiques, la neutralisation des chimies rejetées, le pompage primaire et l’abattement des gaz rejetés par les équipements de production ainsi que les systèmes de distribution de produits chimiques.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel et la maintenance de 4 stations d\'eau ultrapure (stations EDI) et de 3 stations de neutralisation de PH des chimies usagées, des pompes à vide primaire, des systèmes d\'abattement des gaz (scrubbers) et de distribution de produits chimiques (CDS). Dans ce cadre, vous aurez la charge de : 
    • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes complexes
    • Réaliser les maintenances planifiées selon les standards
    • Proposer des actions d’amélioration technique
    • Former les techniciens juniors
    • Participer à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements
  • Effectuer occasionnellement la livraison de produits chimiques aux points d\'utilisation

Profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme ET/ES en systèmes industriels ou d’un CFC d’automaticien
