Global Mission

Within the “Diffusion - PECVD - Wet Etch – CMP\" Maintenance section of the IC Front-End Operations, you will work to improve the equipment performance in order to ensure uptime, product quality and machine longevity, while staying within the constraints of time, resources and costs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform and improve preventive and curative maintenances of equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, spares and interventions Costs, MTBF and MTTR.
  • Collect and survey data with a PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, and Actions Plans) in collaboration with the Maintenance and Process Teams in order to stop deviations and to improve the performances.
  • Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the
    stakeholders.
  • Develop the skills with trainings in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner.
  • Maintain and update the documentation in the frame of the Quality System: procedures, checklists, standards and norms, data from equipment suppliers.
  • Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance department.
  • Be proactive with the suppliers by giving the status of the equipment as well as the support service itself, by tracking the actions in order to have a continuous support and efficiency during the interventions.
  • Track and Plan spare parts.

Profil

  • Technical diploma (BTS/ET/ES or equivalent) in the field of electronics, mechanics, or automation.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintenance within Diffusion - PECVD - Wet Etch – CMP area as a Technician in microelectronics industry

  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly using the PDCA methodology
  • Highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented
  • Solid command of quality tools: 5S, 8D, Pareto, CAMM, MSA, SPC
  • Proactive and capable of proposing concrete improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
