Job description

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support production with product related Non-Conformance events and clear them with the support from the quality and development teams
  • Ensure test solution robustness against production, quality, and reliability requirements.
  • Analyze test data (yield, escape rate, coverage) and drive corrective actions.
  • Contribute to cost-of-test reduction and test flow optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and OSATs for technical support, solution transfer, and capability building.
  • Define and maintain test standards, development guidelines, and validation tools.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and internal partners on best practices in test and product engineering.
  • Support internal tool development (automation, dashboards, validation scripts).
  • Participate in technical reviews, quality audits, and non-conformance analysis.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product or Test Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with remote sites (OSATs, offshore partners).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing test programs on ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, C++, JMP) for automation and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of validation methodologies (MSA / GR&R, fault coverage, escape analysis).
  • Ability to diagnose hardware issues (oscilloscope, multimeter) and collaborate with development teams.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and requirements (AEC-Q100, PPAP, 8D).

Professional requirements

  • Engineering degree in electronics, industrial computing, mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • French C1 level minimum, English B2 level minimum
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Automotive experience is an asset.

Languages

  • Fluent english, written & verbal is a must
  • French is a big advantage
