Ultra-low power CMOS oscillator circuit

General Description

The ultra-low power CMOS oscillator circuit EM7604 can be combined with any 32.768kHz tuning fork crystal available from Micro Crystal or other suppliers.  It has an excellent oscillator stability over a wide voltage and temperature range. Aside of the crystal, no other external components are required.

It is available in a small SOT23-6 package or in DIE form
