Job description

In order to enhance our Quality Department, we are recruiting a

Reliability Lab & Quality Assurance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability Testing

  • Organize (planning and launch) reliability tests for all EM products according EM organizations requests
  • Prepare test board setup according to EM engineers schematics (component assembly done by himself or subcontracted)
  • Issue the reliability reports with test engineer’s support and get product quality engineer validation
  • Keep updated the reliability test database
  • Keep updated the reliability planning and alert in case of equipment overloading or priority conflict
  • Organize HTOL reliability monitoring on identified EM high runner technologies
  • Do the FIT rate calculation for monitored technology and communicate internally the report under the supervision of its hierarchy
  • Carry out internal calibration for the used reliability equipment
  • Plan and organize the external maintenance and calibration for the reliability lab equipment’s

Customer claim support

  • Update EM customer claim database based on customer claim engineers information
  • Notify by mail the samples reception to customers
  • Prepare and communicate the claim weekly status & weekly claim cockpit

Admin task for reliability activity & EM quality team

  • Issue purchase requests
  • Issue credit note requests
  • Follow up on the status and reporting of purchase orders and credit notes

Profile

  • Technical education in electronics or micro-electronics or as maintenance technician (Min level ET/ES)
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role an advantage
  • Good know-how in test & reliability an advantage
  • Excellent manual electrical skills eg. soldering & PCB assembly
  • IT: Windows, database management, reporting, ERP System
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with all EM departments
