General Description

EM8500 System Solar Simulator is a free software providing a fast system analysis of the power budget in solar powered applications.

The tool helps to estimate the area of the solar cell needed and the battery capacity according to the solar illumination profile. Four predefined profiles and three technologies of solar cell can be compared looking at the battery charge over years.
