Ensure accurate spares stock & support to the Chemistry linked tasks and projects.

~ 70% - Spare parts stock management

Ability to fully back-up the Spare parts Responsible.

Permanently ensure consistency of the physical stock versus ERP inventory.

Prepare purchase requests on the ERP and track expedition status.

Permanently keep the stock clean and tidy and guaranty “minimum stock” when specified.

Direct contact with EM suppliers to track shipping/delivery dates.

~ 30% - Chemistry tasks/Project Support

Support EM Chemist on specific tasks and projects linked to environmental and technical aspects.

Accomplish basic Technical Chemical tasks or specific actions.
