EM’s family of low power Real Time Clocks has been designed to provide an accurate reference of time in electronic products. They free the main system MCU for time critical tasks.

Thanks to the ultra-low current consumption these circuits can be powered by an alternative source of power for more than 10 years, so they continue to keep the time while the main power source is off. The wide operating temperature range makes them ideal for use in a wide range of applications.
