EM6325- Reset Circuits

Ultra Low Power Reset Circuit with Manual Reset (1.3V-4.6V, SOT23, SOT143) - Ultra-Low Power

General Description

The EM6325 is a microprocessor supervisor circuit used to monitor power supplies in digital systems, providing maximum flexibility and reduced space in system without backup batteries. This circuit features a Manual Reset Input: an input that asserts reset when pulled low (/MR with internal pull-up). There are 11 standard threshold voltages between 1.31V and 4.63V for use with a wide range of power supplies. The reset signal is asserted with a delay time of 200ms (typ). The EM6325 features three output types: active-low push-pull, active-low open-drain and active-high push-pull. The output is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VDD down to 0.8V. The EM6325 is available in SOT23-5L package. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
