Job description

Perform preventive and curative maintenance on IC Front-end equipment.

Troubleshoot and generate action plan.

Follow the weekly planning reporting the preventive maintenance.

Log the status of the equipment in the CAMSTAR system.

Report and communicate the maintenance activity in the computer logbook (pass-down file).

Prepare spare parts, documents and tools necessary to perform the maintenance.

Monitor the performance of the equipment: particles, leak up rise, Etch rate etc.

Be proactive and improve uptime, reliability and safety of the equipment.

Interact with external suppliers or Field Service Engineers.

Track spare parts in the warehouse. Adjust the stock count on dedicated software.

Propose improvements on equipment.

Creation of internal procedures (OPL / ITD / PM Check list).

Follow trainings whenever possible.

Follow improvement projects or equipment installations with the in-house project manager.

Piquet: the max frequency would be once per month (4 hours per day)

Profile

Min. 8 years of experience in maintenance in the Semi-conductor industry.

Le Responsable d’exploitation assure le fonctionnement optimal et la disponibilité sans interruptions des infrastructures du site : CVC, réseaux électriques, ASI, génératrice, production de froid, de chaud, de vapeur, d’air comprimé, de vacuum industriel, réseaux PCW, réseaux de distribution d’eau, distribution de gaz process, etc. Avec l’équipe de la maintenance, environ 10 personnes, l’objectif est de surveiller, d’entretenir, de réparer et d’améliorer les infrastructures.

 

Tâches et Responsabilités

  • Encadrer l’équipe de maintenance du site
  • Prendre en charge, en collaboration avec son équipe, les projets des nouvelles infrastructures ou celles à remplacer ainsi que les projets concernant les facilités lors d’installation de nouvelles machines en production (de la demande d’offre à la mise en service et au contrôle du bon fonctionnement)
  • Prendre en charge les demandes de réparations ou d’installations des différents départements ou des locataires du site
  • Coordonner, avec les responsables concernés, toutes les installations en relation avec la téléphonie, le contrôle d’accès, la détection gaz, l’alarming, la GTC, la production et le TPS
  • Préparer et coordonner les interventions de maintenance avec la Production
  • Suivre les consommations d’énergie du site et la refacturation aux locataires
  • Organiser et gérer le service de piquet du Service Technique ainsi que la liaison avec Certas
  • Préparer et participer aux audits SQS
  • En cas d’intervention SPS, faire la liaison avec le chef d\'intervention
  • Soutenir la préparation et le suivi des « preplist » machines
  • Préparer les budgets pour l’installation d’équipements
  • Suivre les fermetures coupe-feu et la gestion des tournées effectuées par le service de sécurité

Profil

  • Formation d’ingénieur ou ES dans le domaine technique

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability Testing

  • Organize (planning and launch) reliability tests for all EM products according EM organizations requests
  • Prepare test board setup according to EM engineers schematics (component assembly done by himself or subcontracted)
  • Issue the reliability reports with test engineer’s support and get product quality engineer validation
  • Keep updated the reliability test database

  • Do the FIT rate calculation for monitored technology and communicate internally the report under the supervision of its hierarchy
  • Carry out internal calibration for the used reliability equipment

Customer claim support

  • Update EM customer claim database based on customer claim engineers information
  • Notify by mail the samples reception to customers

Profile

Global Mission

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Front-End IC Production Manager to run the entire Production Department and its development. Reporting into the VP of IC Operations and with hierarchical responsibility over the Manufacturing Managers, the Shift Leaders and the Production Support Section, this role drives the production department performance and necessary Continuous Improvement Programs to meet the associated KPIs.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensures production targets are defined at necessary frequency and deployed throughout the production organization.
  • Responsible for the capacity modelling and adequate tool development for ensuring proper utilization.
  • Defines the long-term requirements and plans to meet the global Manufacturing targets (Forecast and Plan).

As the Principal level RF IC Design Leader with proven industrial experience, you will direct the development of RF intellectual property (IP) with a team of internal and external RF design engineers. You are expected to define and realize the RF architecture and circuits for our future low-power battery and battery-free products. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define the state-of-the-art RF IP architecture and circuits for our next generation low-power IoT platform from conception and design through test and production.
  • Lead a team in the design, layout, and test of the RF IP towards a successful product implementation, qualification, and production launch.
  • Integrate the RF IP within a larger SOC, package and PCB while mitigating coupling and emissions issues.
  • Provide RF expertise within a team environment of other designers, test engineers, and a project manager.
  • Debug complex technical problems related to the radio section of the SoCs (interfaces, digital system, power management unit, packaging, etc.).
  • Recruit and direct internal and external team members to meet target specifications and tape-out deadlines.

As Business Unit Technical Leader, you will be working hand-in-hand with the Business Unit Manager to lead the RFID Business Unit. Based in Marin, Switzerland, you will be are in charge of all product development activities for the all RFID product lines.

As the business unit’s technical interface to EM’s top management and responsible for overall project execution, design quality, and time-to-market, your responsibilities in leading a highly skilled team IC, Hardware (HW), and Test engineers, are:

  • Main technical reference person for the BU’s RFID projects
  • Mentor the project managers and teams throughout all phases of IC development, for ensuring timeliness of deliveries and application of industrial quality flow / best practices
  • Manage project portfolio. Oversee that projects are constructed and validated on sound technical basis and with proper risk management practices, in order to achieve “first-time right” IC designs
